What time can I Collect and Return?

Your camper will be available to collect from 3pm on the first day of hire. Where possible, we will try and offer an earlier collection time and contact you nearer the time.

On the final day of hire, the camper should be back with us by 11am. Again, if pre-arranged, we may be able to offer a later drop off.

Can I leave my car?

Yes, you are welcome to leave your vehicle at our premises. Although very safe, this is at your own risk.

What if I have an accident or breakdown?

We provide uk roadside assistance as part of the hire, which you can use 24/7 providing peace of mind if the worst was ever to happen.

Where do I collect the campers from?

All campers are located at our premises on Llanthony Industrial Estate, Llanthony Rd, Gloucester GL2 5HL

What documention do I need to bring?

Anyone wishing to drive the camper should provide relevant paperwork-

Driving licence (photo and paper copy)

2x utility bills (for proof of address and must be dated within 90 days)

National insurance number (to check your driving licence with DVLA)

What deposit do I pay and when is the full balance due?

Deposit will de due at time of booking to secure hire and will be 25% of the final cost. The remainder of the balance will be due 6 weeks before travel. Full payment will be required if booked within 6 weeks of hire.

Are you a rental company or an agency?

We like to take the personal approach. We are not an agency and don’t employ any third parties. All of our campers are owned by us and as a customer you will be able to talk directly to Mark who owns the company.

Can I stay anywhere in the van?

There are no restrictions of travel within the uk, however, due to the insurance policy the camper will need to be pitched in a registered campsite overnight.

What if I want to cancel the booking?

We know things crop up from time to time so we offer a free cancellation if the booking is cancelled 45 days or more before your booked dates. A partial refund of 50% will be offered if booking is cancelled within 30 days and for cancellations within 7 days of your rental period, no refund is due.

Can I smoke?

Smoking or vaping is not permitted in our campers.

Is there a security deposit?

There is a £1000 refundable deposit due before your trip in case of any damages. This can be paid by BACS or debit card and will be returned to you within 3-5 working days of returning.

Who can drive the campers?

If you are aged between 23-75 and have held a full UK driving licence for two years or more. Our insurers allow up to 6 points on a licence, as long as they are not from the same offence. If you do not fall into this category, we will still try and insure you for a small additional fee. Please get in touch.

Are the camper vans suitable for baby seats or booster seats?

The vans do not have isofix, however, child seats can be safely secured using standard 3 point seat belts.

Do I need a special licence to drive a van?

No, our campers can be driven on a standard UK driving licence.

Does the camper include fuel?

All of our campers have a full tank of fuel before you depart. We just ask that it is handed back to us with the same amount.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes! We know that holidays might not be the same without your furry friends so we allow up to 2 dogs per camper. There is a charge of £50 per hire to cover an additional cleaning.
